Questions
- What's a workspace?
- A workspace is a shared home for memos and the people working in them. Your account starts with one of its own, and you can belong to as many as you like. Each workspace is free or Pro on its own, and being in someone else's Pro workspace costs you nothing; their subscription covers your seat.
- Is there a trial for Pro?
- Yes: 14 days, and we ask for a card up front.
- Why does the price change in NZD?
- Stripe charges New Zealand customers NZ$10 a seat, GST included, and everyone else US$5. Checkout works out which applies to you automatically; the toggle above is only a preview.
- What happens if I hit a Free limit?
- Free gives you 50MB of storage, and your AI can create or edit memos 200 times a day. Typing in the editor is never limited. If you need more room, upgrade any workspace to Pro.
- When does billing start?
- The 14-day trial runs first, card up front. Billing only starts once it converts to a paid subscription. Cancel before then, in-app, and you pay nothing.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from the billing portal. Paid features keep running to the end of the period you've already paid for.
- What happens to our content if we stop paying?
- A workspace whose subscription lapses is suspended, and comes back as soon as the outstanding amount is paid. A workspace left suspended for an extended period is eventually deleted, with warnings well before that happens. If you cancel on purpose instead, the workspace simply drops back to free-plan limits and nothing is deleted.
- How does adding or removing people mid-month work?
- Adding someone adds their seat's cost for the rest of the period to your next invoice. Removing someone takes effect from the next billing period; nothing is ever credited back mid-period.
- Do you issue GST invoices?
- Yes. The NZ$ price already includes GST.
- Are there minimums or annual commitments?
- No. It's monthly, per seat, with no minimum term.
- Is free really free forever?
- Yes. The free plan isn't a trial and it doesn't expire.
